PAR UNE MAIN OU PAR LE VENT MAIS L'AIR EST IMMOBILE
ANARBORESCENCES CYCLE
Par une main ou par le vent mais l'air est immobile (By a hand or by the wind but the air is immobile) is a brief solo which creation has represented a time to look backwards, aiming to explore some of the traces that the passed creations have left in my memory. It is also the occasion to revisit Salvatore Sciarrino’s musical territories, diving into his composition Canzona di ringraziamento, for flute, to create a choreographic score made of wriggles, echoing and playing with the sounds of the instrument. This solo has been conceived in one go, with the image of a small painting of light in mind.
Par une main ou par le vent mais l’air est immobile is the last piece of the choreographic cycle anarborescences, composed by three different works.
